Becca

Billing Coordinator

Accounts Receivables

Becca is our billing coordinator and accounts receivables guru! She joined the practice in 2021 after moving to Colorado from Washington State and has worked in dentistry since 2012. Becca has a love for business and team development and works with our patients to help them better understand their dental benefits and treatment options. Though she works remotely from home, in her spare time she enjoys getting outside and exploring nature as well as traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Office Manager

Danica fills multiple roles at Downing Street Dental including scheduling coordinator, Dental Assistant and RN. She grew up in Toronto, Canada and has always had a love and curiosity for health, science and the human body! She originally went to college in Toronto for Fitness & Lifestyle Management, which focused on personal training and nutrition; however, she decided to expand on that platform and made her move to the US in 2003. She completed her Bachelors of Human Biology in 2007 at The University of Michigan and then followed it up with an Accelerated Second Degree program, completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 also from U of M! Shortly after graduating, she moved to Denver and has loved the change of scenery and warmer weather compared to the mid-west!

Although the majority of her background is in nursing, she is quickly learning a new side to health care in dentistry and is enjoying it every step of the way! She enjoys interacting with patients both at the front desk and chairside while assisting the doctors!

When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, long walks with their dog, going to concerts, snowboarding, and soaking up the sun while traveling!

Vanessa

Dental Assistant

Vanessa is a Colorado native and grew up in a small town in Parker. She studied dental assisting through Everest College and has been in the dental field since 2011. She received her EDDA certification in 2012 to better serve the variety of her patient's needs. She is passionate about her work and loves being able to help others feel beautiful in their smiles. Vanessa enjoys spending time with her 3 beautiful children and husband. She loves all things dancing, singing and traveling the world.

Amanda

Scheduling Coordinator

Amanda has been with Downing Street Dental since early 2024. Born and raised in New England, she's been living in Colorado since 2015. Amanda started her career in healthcare with medical billing for skilled nursing facilities. Now, she is serious about cleaning teeth, fostering relationships with patients and coworkers, and injecting fun where she can! When not at work, Amanda enjoys reading and playing video games.

April

Registered Dental Hygienist

April has been a licensed Dental Hygienist since 1993 and is passionate about dental health. She believes in thorough periodontal screenings, appropriate cleanings, and education to help each patient keep their teeth healthy for a lifetime! She actively participates in continuing education courses to maintain her knowledge and skills within the dental field.

April lives in Littleton with her husband and standard poodle. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with the Colorado Trail Association to help maintain sections of the trail for all to enjoy!

Kailey

Registered Dental Hygienist

For Kailey, dentistry has always felt like home. She grew up in a dental practice, watching her mom build a remarkable 30-year career—from Dental Assistant to Practice Manager—which inspired her own passion for helping people smile with confidence.

Since becoming a dental hygienist in 2019, Kailey has loved building genuine relationships with her patients. She believes the best appointments are a combination of exceptional care, meaningful conversation, and always a few laughs along the way. Equal parts periodontal nerd and people person, she's passionate about helping patients understand their oral health in a way that feels approachable, empowering, and never intimidating.

Kailey combines high clinical standards with genuine warmth, creating an experience that is thorough, comfortable, and personalized to each patient. Whether you're visiting for a routine cleaning or periodontal therapy, her goal is for you to leave feeling cared for, informed, and genuinely wanting to come back.

When she's not in the office, Kailey is usually in a sweaty yoga class, relaxing in a sauna and cold plunge, or throwing a gathering for her community, whom she considers her chosen family. She's lived in New Zealand, Costa Rica, and throughout Europe, experiences that have deepened her appreciation for people, culture, connection, and the beauty of Mother Earth and the people who inhabit it.
